Microsoft Outlook Intermediate1 Day Course Description This instructor-led, hands-on course teaches students the skills needed to work with some of the more advanced functions in Outlook such as Rules, the Journal, importing and exporting, archiving, and Custom Forms. Prerequisites In order to successfully complete this course student are encouraged to take Softek’s Introduction to Outlook course first or have equivalent experience with Outlook. Students should be comfortable sending and receiving mail, working with file attachments, using folders to organize information, setting appointments and managing tasks.
