This instructor-led course, through lecture and hands-on exploration, will show students the skills needed to work with some of the more intermediate or advanced features in Outlook.  Topics include customizing the Outlook environment, importing and exporting data, creating and customizing views, and using templates and building blocks to automate messaging.

In order to successfully complete this course students are encouraged to take Softek’s Introduction to Outlook course first or have equivalent experience with Outlook.  Students should be comfortable sending and receiving mail.
