Course Description

This instructor-led, hands-on course teaches students the skills needed to manage projects. You will create a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.

Prerequisites

In order to successfully complete this course, you should have a working knowledge of the Windows environment and a general understanding of project management concepts.
