1 Day
Version 2010 (View Version 2003 and 2007 Agenda)

Course Description

This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who will be working with a project plan once it has entered the implementation phase. This course will explain how to update a project plan, create custom reports from the implemented project plan, and how to exchange the project plan data with other applications, as well as reuse information from the project plan.

Are you ready for Intermediate?

If you answer “yes” to the majority of these questions, then you are probably ready. Otherwise, we suggest you taking our Microsoft Project Introduction course which focuses on properly setting up and planning a project schedule.

  1. Do you know how to create summary tasks, subtasks, and milestones?
  2. Are you familiar with the Task Information dialog box to set constraints and change the task type?
  3. Are you comfortable creating relationships between tasks? If yes, do you know what FS, SS, FF, and SF stand for?
  4. Would you know how to enter and assign resources and modify their work schedule?
  5. Are you familiar with how to create and assign a Project Calendar?
