Class Files

To Download Executable File to Desktop:

1. Select a class from the Class Files drop-down list above
   (e.g., Access)
   
2. Click the Download File button
   - The File Download window will open
   
3. Click the Save button
   - The Save As dialog box will open
   
4. Change the Save In location to: Desktop
   - Do not change the filename or the save as type
   
5. Click the Save button
   - If the Download complete dialog box opens click the Close button
   - The file to unzip has been saved to your Desktop
   
6. Close Internet Explorer

1. Locate the downloaded executable file on your Desktop (e.g., Access.exe)
   
2. Double-click the file
   - The WinZip Self-Extractor window appears
   
3. Click the Browse button
   
4. Change the Unzip to Folder location to: Desktop
   
5. Click the OK button
   -The WinZip Self-Extractor window returns to screen
   
6. Click the Unzip button
   - A dialog box appears and displays the number of files that have been unzipped successfully
   
7. Click the OK button
   
8. Click the Close button
   - A folder will appear on your Desktop labeled with the class name containing the class files
   - The downloaded executable file may be deleted or kept if you want to unzip the files in the future

Follow the instructions in your manual
and use the files from this folder when instructed
