Classroom Rentals

Softek Services has a state-of-the-art training facility with four computer training rooms available for full-day rental. Our rooms are ideal for hands-on training for 8 to 18 students and include the following:

• Classrooms configured with 8 to 18-student computers
• Instructor station connected to an overhead projector
• High-speed Internet connection and wi-fi access
• White board or Flip Chart with markers
• Access to laser printers
• Complimentary coffee, tea, soda, filtered water, pastries, fruits, cookies, and other snacks
• Access to refrigerator, microwave, and courtesy telephones

Daily Classroom Rental Rates

The daily rate depends on the quantity of days and the classroom size needed.  A discount is provided when multiple consecutive days are rented.

• Additional discounts are offered for monthly or yearly contracts
• Up to 2 hours of software installation and clean up is included in the above prices.  Additional software installation (if required) is billed at $85 per hour.
• A 35% deposit is required to reserve training rooms. The deposit is fully refundable or can be applied towards a future rental if 2-weeks' notice is given for a cancellation
