Course Overview

This instructor-led course, through lecture and hands-on exploration, will teach students the skills needed to create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that include text, bulleted lists, and graphics. The course also covers how to turn a presentation into a slide show.

Course Objectives

Create a new presentation which includes a title slide, bulleted list slide, and clip art slide
Format text slides by modifying the font, style, size, and color
Insert, resize, move, scale, rotate and format graphics
Add drawing elements, align and group objects
Turn a presentation into a slide show and add transitions and timings
Use PowerPoint templates to streamline creating presentations

Private Group Training

Private group classes are cost effective when you have a group of students who need the same course. Volume discounts of 5% to 20% are available when five or more training days are scheduled. For classes conducted at your location, you are responsible for the classroom setup which should include:

A computer for each student (with the appropriate software installed), and
An instructor workstation connected to a visual display (e.g., projector, smartboard, etc.).
