Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Softek limits the number of attendees in each class to maximize the effectiveness of our training program. Therefore, it is important to let us know, at least one week in advance, if a participant needs to cancel or reschedule a class. Substitutions that meet the course prerequisites are welcome.

Please email all cancellation and rescheduling requests to registrar@ssitraining.com. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

Open Enrollment Classes at Softek

Participants who have been confirmed for specific training courses may reschedule or cancel without penalty when one week’s notice is provided.

Participants who reschedule or cancel enrollment less than one week before the class will be charged the full course fee. Once the fees are paid, the participant can enroll in another class at Softek for $100.

Participants who fail to appear for training, and provide no notice, will be billed the full course fee and will receive no future training credits or discounts.

Although open enrollment classes at Softek are rarely rescheduled or canceled, Softek reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation by Softek, registrants may enroll in the next available offering of the course or receive a full refund.

Private Classes Scheduled at Softek or Client Site

Cancellation or rescheduling of a private training class less than one week before the scheduled class will be charged the full course fee. Once the fees are paid, client can schedule another private training for 50 percent of the original course fee.
