Retake Policy

We understand that you may need a refresher on the materials covered in a particular class.  Students are welcome to retake any open enrollment course one time — as long as the class is still offered on the schedule. Please read the details below:

• Retake is valid only on the identical course and software version.
  
  
• Students must bring the student courseware from the original class and use it during the retake class.  If the student courseware has changed since the original class, a new copy can be purchased for a small fee.
  
  
• Registration for the retake is required and there is no guarantee of space or availability.
  
  
• Students requesting a retake will be notified if space is available in the class no later than 2 business days before the start date of the class.
  
  
• The retake policy does not apply to on-site or custom courses unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
