Training Schedule

All classes listed on the training schedule are hands-on and instructor-led. Our public classes generally have between 3 and 12 students. If your organization sends 3 or 4 students to the same class, a 10% discount is offered; a 15% discount is offered when 5+ students are sent to the same class.

Class times are from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Before registering, please review Softek's Registration details. To view detailed agendas, click on the course level links (Intro, Inter, Adv).

Special Note: Some classes have been designed to allow students who use different versions of software (e.g., XP/2003 or CS2/CS3) to be in class together.  When scheduling your class, please indicate which version of software you use.

Private Classes: Softek also offers private group training classes that can be conducted at Softek's facility or yours. Either call our office at (202) 682-4500 or e-mail us for a quote.

Microsoft Office 2007 Courses

We offer multiple levels of training in the Microsoft Office 2007 applications. Since the demand for 2007 courses are still relatively low, we may not have a public course in the level you need.  However, if you need training on any level that is not listed below, please give our office a call and we will coordinate opening a class.

Registration Details

• Softek's public courses are completely hands-on and generally have between three and twelve students.
  
• Each course includes a training manual, refreshments, 60 days of free telephone review (on the topics covered in the course), and the option to repeat the course.
  
• A 10% discount is offered when three or more students from the same organization are registered for the same course or one student registers for three or more courses on the same order. Training vouchers are also available.
  
• If you would like to register for a course, either call our office at (202) 682-4500 or e-mail a message to register@ssitraining.com indicating the courses you would like to take and the number of students to enroll. Our office will e-mail you a Training Registration agreement outlining the courses, students, and dates you have requested. Once you receive this form, simply verify the details, sign the agreement and either fax or e-mail it back to confirm your registration.
  
• You may pay by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Softek can also invoice for the training course (Net 15 days) with a company purchase order.
  
• Seats are limited. Early registration is encouraged to ensure availability.
  
• Softek can bring any of our training courses to your location or schedule a private course at our office. Please call (202) 682-4500 for our group price schedule.
  
• Please be advised that Softek is located in a secure building. Visitors and students will be asked to present a picture ID and sign in the building lobby!
  
• Once registration is confirmed, cancellations and registration changes will be accepted without penalty when one week’s notice is provided.
