Inclement Weather Policy

Softek classes may be delayed during periods of inclement weather. Please refer to the two conditions below to see which applies. To read on line what the Federal Government is doing, click the following link:

Condition 1

If the Federal Government is closed, our classes (both on- and off-site) are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

Condition 2

If the Federal Government is open under a delayed or unscheduled leave policy, the following will occur:

Courses scheduled at Softek will start at 9:30 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. The ending time will be 4:30 p.m. unless the group decides to take a shorter lunch break. If the student cannot make it to class on an inclement weather day, we ask that they call and let us know - leave a message on voice mail if we do not answer the phone.

Courses scheduled at the client site will be held with a negotiated start time of either 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m.

Rescheduling Fees:

If the Federal Government is open under a delayed or unscheduled leave policy, Softek will waive rescheduling fees should you choose to reschedule training.  If the Federal Government is open on time and you choose to reschedule training, Softek's standard rescheduling fee will be applied:  $100 for each student enrolled in a Public class and $400 for a private group class.
