Course Overview

This instructor-led, hands-on course teaches the skills necessary to further design a web page. You will work more with CSS to create an external style sheet to link to other web pages. In addition to working with CSS, you will learn how to design a template to store the global elements for your web pages such as a top banner, navigation bar, and footer. You will also learn how to incorporate essential page elements such as paragraph headings, bulleted lists, tables, images, and hyperlinks. In order to successfully complete this course, we recommend that you first take Softek’s Introduction to Dreamweaver course or have equivalent knowledge.

Private Group Training

Private group classes are cost effective when you have a group of students who need the same course. Volume discounts of 5% to 20% are available when five or more training days are scheduled. For classes conducted at your location, you are responsible for the classroom setup which should include:

  • A computer for each student (with the appropriate software installed), and
  • An instructor workstation connected to a visual display (e.g., projector, smartboard, etc.).
