If the Federal Government is closed, in person classes are cancelled and will be rescheduled; virtual classes will run as scheduled.
If the Federal Government is open under a delayed or unscheduled leave policy, the following will occur:
Courses scheduled virtually will start at 9:30 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. The ending time will be 4:30 p.m. unless the group decides to take a shorter lunch break. If the student cannot make it to class on an inclement weather day, we ask that they call and let us know - leave a message on voice mail if we do not answer the phone.
Courses scheduled at the client site will be held with a negotiated start time of either 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m.
If the Federal Government is open under a delayed or unscheduled leave policy, Softek will waive rescheduling fees should you choose to reschedule training. If the Federal Government is open on time and you choose to reschedule training, Softek's standard rescheduling fee will be applied: $100 per day for each student enrolled in a Public class and $400 per day for a private group class.
