Are there any class "rules" that I need to be aware of?

We would rather not call them "rules", but here is a list of "Do's" that we believe will help you gain the most from your training day...

  • DO put your phone in silent mode during the class. If you are obliged to receive a call, excuse yourself from the room to answer it.
  • DO close any web pages, email applications, or other personal work during the lesson. By doing this, you will eliminate any distractions for your classmates as well as yourself!
  • DO give the instructor your full don't want to miss a tip they may share!
  • DO change the system settings back to their previous settings (e.g., monitor resolution, mouse control, etc.) prior to leaving for the day.
  • DO ask questions, ponder, discuss, analyze, assimilate, and absorb. Then, take a break, come back, and do it all again! Learning is serious business, but it's also challenging, fun, and enlightening!

Do you have anything to help me practice what I've learned?

That's a great question, as we do encourage you to practice using the skills and tools you learn during your class. A great option is to simply download the class files that were used in the class to repeat the exercises from your manual.

What if I have a question that wasn't covered during the class?

If you have any question, we encourage you to call us and we will let you know how we can help! Please view our support policy for more details.
